Tony's Web Page
Okay, it's time to consider the possibility that better use could be made of this domain name. I wonder if it could become a place where any and all Shaftels could tell us about themselves and their forbears. If there's a Shaftel out there who would like to take this on, please let me know. (Begging your pardon in advance--the web being a world like any other containing both good and bad actors--please be prepared to identify yourself to my satisfaction!)
At the turn of the century I began my woodworking hobby. I make stuff for the house and turn bowls for the neighbors and relatives, when I'm not hanging around with the family or reading. My wife is occasionally perplexed that I seem to spend more time improving my workshop than I do producing woodwork. Just another of those imponderable differences between men and women, I guess.
some turnings (lots of pics - may load slowly)
While I am still gainfully employed days
as a software developer, time rolls along and I don't write shareware off
hours anymore. To all who used and registered DLL Master over
the years, my thanks. Kind regards, Tony Shaftel
BTW, if you find yourself in Cabo San Lucas and it's time to eat, you can't
go wrong at Casa Mazatlan at Narciso Mendoza S/N, Col. Centro. We had
a lovely lunch there--the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were
friendly as can be.
